Directions
Open one sachet and dissolve contents in a large bowl with 4 cups of hot water, stirring until fully dissolved. Wait until the solution cools to room temperature before applying compress. Divide into 3–4 portions (approximately 1 cup per use) and store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
For more severe cases or larger areas, use as a bath soak using one sachet per bath.

Consult your healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, or under medical care. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
For external use only as a compress soak. Do not ingest.
